I'm 20, single, and this is my first pregnancy ever after previously trying I didn't know if I was ever going to have a baby then sure enough I prayed and God sent one. Now I am having all these second thoughts. None of my clothes are fitting anymore which is driving me up the wall. And I've been spotting or having light bleeding and I'm so scared now....
