I don’t think my 4 year old daughter likes her dad. I thought at first she didn’t like him disciplining her but I feel like she full on just does not like him. She gets mad when he talks to her (mainly because disciplining). And at times she’ll say things like “i locked the door because i don’t want dad in the house” or “i love you love my brother i don’t love dad though”. Today I planned an outing to the park and she was like okay but i don’t want dad to go. (never does anyways). Another thing is that at times she doesn’t want him talking to me either. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do about this. Do i tell her to like him? Let her hate him? I’ll admit he was not a good partner or isn’t a good father either so wondering if she realized that already? Should I maybe take her to therapy?
