Gas Pains & Bowel Movements

First time mom! My son is a month old today. He eats Enfamilia Gentle Ease but he’s on a high calorie diet of 26 calories so we are to mix the formula using 3 scoops and 4.5oz water. He seems to have a TON of discomfort with gas and bowel movements. We’ve been using Little Remedies gas drops, gripe water, tired tummy rubs, and moving his legs. So far all those things except the gripe water seem to help. Have not tried warm compress yet. Any other suggestions or tips? Thanks moms!
