What could this be on my 4 month baby tounge

I noticed these red dots on the tip of my baby’s tongue. What could this be?

It does look lien it’s been bitten but baby doesn’t have teeth… do you notice them chewing on their tongue or sucking tongue? Are they drooling a lot? They might be sucking the drool and tongue that it might leave this mark??

Could maybe be small little bleeds just inside the skin of the tongue if he/she was sorta chewing on it. That’s what it looks like to me!
