My baby is formula fed have not changed her formula ever she’s going to be 4 months soon, since yesterday I’ve noticed a different smell in her poop I told my husband to me it smells like very very stinky bad breath so in total it’s been 3 poops that have smelt like that. She also is teething I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it, we go to the doctors on the 14th of this month so I’m going to keep an eye on it and log it in case there’s no change. Has anyone experienced this before should I be concerned??
