Help!!

I've light heavy red bleeding 3 days before Af it started off pink then went red but I can feel movement in my stomach my boobs are large and all veins I also feel really tired, feel sick in the mornings, bad head aches, hot flashes, always hungry but then sometimes I can go a whole day without eating I've also being getting leg pain, cramping, back ache and pains in my vag any advice will be amazing I'm a nervous reck is there anyway I could be pregnant
