I am meeting with my OB gyn in three weeks. I've gotten everything tested.. Tubes are clear, bloodwork is fine, husband is fine, all of that. I have heard clomid is the go to drug for unexplained infertility for women that look good on paper but still aren't getting pregnant. I've also read that letrozole does the same thing.

I have been getting positive ovulation tests, so I am wondering if it's common to get prescribed clomid if that's the case? I've seen some stuff online but wanted to ask a bigger community about it. Looking for your experience with getting diagnosed clomid if you thought you were already ovulating.

Oh and also, did it work for you and did you get pregnant?! Thank much!!!
