I’m worried…Six weeks pg with rainbow baby

After 4 years TTC and 3 unsuccessful rounds of IUI, we finally got an unexpected miracle! A positive test on 10/26/23 after my HSG test, so no medication or IUI that cycle. I couldn’t believe my eyes.

Fast forward to yesterday evening, I began having light to moderate cramping and spotting, only when wiping. Pic below of the first and heaviest, I will post in the comments because the app isn’t finding my photo. The spotting grew less and by this morning was gone. My breasts are not feeling sore like they were before, and besides crampy/stretching feelings that has been my only pregnancy symptom.

I went in to get some labs, hoping for another miracle.
