Breastfeeding and pumping
Is there anything that’ll help with sore nipples it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve been breastfeeding and pumping and man my nipples are so sore I put nipple cream but that doesn’t help. What does those silver nipple shields do is it worth buy I don’t want to waste 40$ for nothing. What can help with sore nipples?
