A few days ago at 2 and a half weeks postpartum, I got my this awful migraine that bothered me for almost 24 hours straight and was unaffected by meds. That day I had a low fever around 99.8°. The next day my migraine became just a regular headache but my fever jumped to 101° where it's been for the last 48 hrs. I've got a really achey body and am switching from shakey chills to very hot in no time.

I can't tell if this is just the flu or something related to having just had a baby. Anyone have any insight?
