Gaining confidence
So this might be stupid. I have always struggled with confidence, especially now since I’m diagnosed with Bipolar 2. Usually when I’m feeling confident and good about myself, I’m asked “are you doing into an episode?”. My husband and friends, even my parents don’t give me compliments anymore due to the fact that “I won’t listen anyways, so why bother saying anything”. How can I feel okay being confident without being asked if I’m being manic and also not have to fish for compliments?
