Teething rash ???

My babe will be 4 months tomorrow I’m pretty sure she is teething as she is biting and trying to put anything in her mouth. I wash and dry her face a lot throughout the day cause of the drooling and tonight it looks even worse. Could this be a teething/drool rash ??

That doesn’t look like a drool or teeth rash to me. Usually it still is around the mouth. It could be though. 
It could also be fifth disease which is super common for babies and kids to get. 
It could simply be wind burn or dry skin. 
While teething is a possibility, drooling and being mouthy is just developmentally normal at 3-4m old.
