Bad with money

So my partner is terrible with money, has been since we met and we are 10 years and two kids later. We split rent and utilities, I pay for food and anything else needed for the house including clothes + shoes for the kids, school trips, nappies ect because as soon as money goes in his account it goes back out. Every year he is getting worse money wise, he gets paid 3x what I get paid at the minute as I'm on maternity leave. He messages me as soon as I get paid asking for money every pay day, asking for 50 here 100 here. It's getting to the point where I can't treat the kids let alone put any money into savings! I wouldn't mind if he was short of cash but he pays for Disney+, Amazon prime, Xbox live gold and other stuff. Constantly buys himself new clothes, laptops, games. I've tried talking to him about it but it isn't doing the trick. What can I do to get him to actually listen??
