Miscarriage @ 5 weeks

Got my first positive last week, my lmp was oct 9.

So I should be 5 weeks. Went to work and was feeling fine, then I went to bathroom and saw blood, bright red. Went to urgent care where they did blood and ultrasound. They couldn’t see anything in the ultrasound they said I might be earlier than I thought or it’s already gone. They are having me go back tomorrow for another blood test, I’m worried it’s ectopic I’m having some cramping and a med clotty flow. if anyone could share their stories of how they found out or what they did that would be appreciated.
