How soon is it possible to get pregnant after a D&C???

STORY: So I recently had a miscarriage and then had to go through the traumatic experience of a D&C. My D&C was September 21st. After that I had what i think was a period starting October 11th. It was normal to a little heavier bleeding for 5 consecutive days. I logged it in the app and now I was suppose to be due for another period but nothing so according to the app I am 4 days late. However i havent felt or experienced any sort of symptoms. HELP! Was what i had a real period or should i prepare to take a pregnancy test???!!! 🤷🏼‍♀️😮‍💨
