Changing tables

Hey moms! We have a 2 story house and baby boys bedroom is upstairs where we have a changing pad on his dresser. We currently have the pack n play with the changer attachment downstairs to change him on and he just outgrew it. After your baby outgrew yours, what did you use? This kid pees a lot and I’m trying to find a way NOT to go upstairs every single time I need to change his diaper. I can always put him on the bottom of the pack n play to change each time but I figure that’s just a bad back ache waiting to happen.
