Hi! I have PCOS and I’m on my first round of Femara. I took it on cycle days 3-7. I forgot to take an ovulation test yesterday but took one this morning, which is CD 9. The thing is, I’m still actively having a period. It was slow to start though….spotting for the first 4 days and then light to medium flow since then. Am I ovulating already?? Or is this not considered a positive? And if it is positive, have any of you ever ovulated while still on your period?? Should I possibly have started the Femara a little later once my period became a little heavier? New to all of this…
