Hi. I’ve had this discharge a couple of times today when I’ve wiped. Should I contact my midwife/gp or see how it goes?

I had a small bleed just before 6 weeks and couldn’t see much on a scan (they put me on progesterone pessaries until I’m 16 weeks)…. then went back 2 weeks later and saw a baby and heartbeat! Now this.. feel like the anxiety is never ending with this pregnancy. I’ve had a miscarriage before and it’s taken in years to conceive this baby.
