Can my almost 11 month old sleep with a baby blanket?

Im sleeping on the couch right next to him, he’s already cruising, and knows how to take the blanket off from his face. If anything is on his head (hats that wrap around to fasten for example) he will scream very loud, and so I know he would wake me up if he did have an issue with the blanket. He will be 11 months on the 25th

We just used sleep sacks until they were out of a crib. I didn't want loose fabric in a crib that could become tangled through the slats.

Our little one is 4 months and has a blanket as he is too big now to swaddle, just make sure it is tucked in under their armpits for sleep and your little one is placed at the bottom of their cot so they can't wiggle or slide under the blanket in the night. :)

Mine had muslin blankets, but even a regular blanket should be fine that young with no developmental delays.

My 2nd 3rd and 4th babies have all been blanket babies ! My 2nd is gonna be 3 in February and has always slept with her silky swaddle blanket and calls it her baby my 3rd uses his as a pillow and very picky as well what blanket he will be 2 in February he refuses to use a pillow and baby 4 is almost 7.5 months he snuggles his blanket but sometimes likes being covered up with it they are there comfort items always have been i definitely wouldn't worry with you being right there my 7 month old sleeps in his pack n play right up against my bedside

My baby is 11 months old and I let him sleep with the cellular blankets that have holes in them, I honestly don’t see the problem at all xx
