Sore boobs throughout luteal phase

For the past 4 cycles my boobs have been swollen and tender/painful (one more than the other) from ovulation right up until period shows.. I’ve never had this before only when I’ve been pregnant or a few random times but never consistently like this, for the full luteal phase. What has changed? Can anyone tell me what this is a sign of? The only thing that I’ve done different since it started happening is I’ve been taking WILD NUTRITION fertility supplement. Is this a good thing or bad, please help. Thank you for any answers xxxx
