How serious is a five-month relationship?

I know that this is something only my boyfriend and I can decide, but I'm wondering what the majority of you think. After dating someone for five months, are you generally in a serious relationship? We're both 20, btw.

My boyfriend and I moved in together after a month. It was rough because we moved fast but it was best for us and we worked through it. We've been together, happily, for a year now. Two dogs and we do talk about marriage and kids. it all depends on the people involved. I'm generally a person who gets attached so easily, my boyfriend is detached, we balance each other out which makes our serious relationship work. Good luck with you guys :)
