Does magnesium oil spray work?
I posted before about magnesium supplement for sleeping due to aches and pains but decided against taking it. I’ve now read that the magnesium oil spray is perfectly safe to use whilst pregnant.
Has anyone found that the spray works? I’m been having leg cramps and lower back ache. I’m desperate for some relief and a full nights sleep.
