Pack n Play Recommendations

Question

Hi all- Would love your recs based on real experience w these!  Thanks! 
How we plan to use ours:
- Nursery will have a crib so the pack n play will be in the living room or where needed in the house
- Plan to use as a changing table
- Not sure a portable bassinet is necessary bc we’ll have one from the Uppababy stroller
- Don’t plan to travel much w it, maybe locally only (won’t take on planes)
- Cost isn’t a concern as long as its functional

I have a standard graco and this chicco. The graco stores smaller which is nice for traveling. However I prefer the chicco for daily use. This is what I had for my office since my daughter went to work with me. The changing table part can be used independently of the bassinet so I could still use it even though she was too big for the bassinet where the graco changing table has to be connected to the bassinet

We have 2 (technically 3) playards - One is a 4moms with changing table and bassinet insert. The second is a Graco with removable bassinet (we actually have 2 of this playard set because of how our house is set up). Both work about equally as well in my opinion. However, the removable bassinet is nice on the Graco because we use it as a second baby station in a different room than the main bassinet that is built into an insert in the playard. Our third has proven to be a large and long baby (unlike the other two), so he outgrew the 4moms bassinet in like 6 weeks, so the Graco works way better for him.  We also have two older kids that baby needs protecting from if we need to set him down, so the separate bassinet helps with that too.

We LOVED our guava lotus. We used the bassinet in our room before moving our daughter to her nursery at around 6 months. She’s 2 now and we still use it when we visit family or go camping. It’s crazy easy to set up and move.
