Period or miscarriage?

Thoughts? Recently had a baby in august got birth control nexplanon at 6 week’s postpartum checkup did have intercourse before I got it in my arm they tested me test came back negative told me to test again in a week I did 2 times both negative? Haven’t had a period last one was October 3rd For the last 2 weeks been having really bad pain on my pelvic and left side ovary and under my rib cage my boobs got tender felt nauseous bad back pain having to pee a lot went to the hospital because I couldn’t handle the pain anymore ended up saying I have a cyst on my kidney also I do get ovarian cysts now and then started spotting last Thursday today I stared having this come out and still in a lot of pain miscarriage or late period??
