Rape question.. would this be consider rape?

If a child is being molested and she tries to be sexual with other males.. and the other male complies.. but girl or boy is a CHILD! would this still be consider rape from the second person.. for sure from the first.. but what about th3 second?? FYI the child was between 8-9
