Help baby eczema?

Hello, my daughter has been having this rash for about 2 weeks now. We’ve been to the doctor and they said it’s eczema and a bit of yeast infection. She was prescribed hydrocortisone and nystatin but nothing has helped at all

I’d try to use “triple paste AF” on it. I’d also call and ask pediatrician if you can use lidocaine cream on baby’s neck. It’s burn cream. My eczema got so red n raw id layer the burn cream and hydrocortisone and it took a while but went away. Triple paste AF (anti fungal) helped with the toughest thrush rash my daughter had.  Hope this helps ! Poor baby
