5dpo implantation bleeding?

Hi, I don’t know what is going on, but yesterday evening I found out red blood (like less than 1cm and without any mucus) when I wiped. During the night I’ve experienced slight cramps and lower back pain from yesterday. The picture is about this early morning, after that I’ve just creamy discharge. Basal temperature also rises 0.1 degrees (from 36.75 to 36.85). Could it be implantation bleeding? I know that the blood must be pink or brown but I’ve never experience spotting so far from my period. Today is 6dpo.
