Toddler diaper rash

My daughter’s diaper rash is out of control. It’s just from her urinating because it’s not on her butt at all. We’ve been keeping her in dry diapers constantly and putting aqauphor/butt paste on it. Nothing seems to be working. Anyone have any other diaper creams they recommend?!

It may not be diaper rash. But try letting her be diaper free as much as possible. Use water wipes and make sure she is dry before putting a diaper back on. We always had success with butt paste, my daughter had a severe reaction to Desitin with a diaper rash. If it doesn’t start to clear up soon, I would reach out to her pediatrician.

Hello bello diaper rash cream for the redness and I would rotate it with earth mama diaper rash cream ! 
I use the earth mama every other diaper change little goes a long way I’ll use the hello bello diaper rash cream when she’s very red

Use extra strength Desitin. Butt paste and Aquaphor never did a damn thing for my daughter's diaper rash. Butt paste made it worse.  Have her sit in a warm bath for 20 minutes a day, and then air dry and apply extra strength Desitin. If it does not start clearing up in a week, start applying Lotrimin before the extra strength, Desitin. And you have to use a very thick layer of the Desitin. ￼￼
