Reciprocal IVF

Has anyone tried reciprocal IVF and had success. My wife and I have been trying for the past 5 years. We’ve tried at homes insemination, IUI non medicated, medicated IUC, etc. We’ve done all the test and nothing abnormal other than a retroflexed uterus. Which they keep telling us shouldn’t stop implantation or healthy pregnancy. She’s done trying to get pregnant because mentally it’s too much. She still wants to have a biological child since I carried our first son. We are thinking of doing reciprocal IVF since we know I can carry and get pregnant with no issues. Can anyone share some tips, highlight, information, cost and how you were able to afford it? With are 15+ IUI and all other test we paid cash because our insurance doesn’t cover anything. With RIVF we need to find other ways to pay so we don’t drain all of our saving’s . Any advice and recommendation will be greatly appreciated 💕.
