Theres 3 pinkish line on my Pregnancy Test Kit

I am pcos patient and i usually get my periods late. My last period was on 19th of October. I am late for 7 days and today morning I did a pregnancy test with Prega News. It was clear 1 Line on C but later i see 3 lines beneadth the gaps at the tip of the Test Kit. Can anyone clear me whats my result?
