Mc & miso pill experience HELP

I took miso LAST Sunday the 19th to help complete my mc I did notice it wasn’t as bloody and painful as the doctor said it would be but I’ve still been bleeding on and off all week. Last night I began bleeding A LOT and huge blood clots. Has anyone experienced this? A week later effect? Not sure if I should go to the ER
