I think my milk is drying out. Pumping isn’t helping I can only get max 1 oz each breast and that every 3 hours. The coconut water isn’t helping, body armor isn’t either, oatmeal isn’t either, milk teas or atole isn’t helping either, my baby kept crying until I finally gave him my last pump which was a 2 oz bottle he finally fell asleep. I Can tell and feel my breast aren’t full, they’re droopy. What could have caused this ? I was pumping and breastfeeding daily this started last night and by today I noticed the change. I don’t think I can try to pump anymore my nipples are too sore for any more pumping and nothing comes out
