Got an std from my attacker

I got assaulted about two months ago and am starting to have reactions that I think are an std. I am so emotional and I feel embarrassed and I don’t know what to do. I am going to visit a doctor today but I will not allow a physical examination. Can I still get tested? Any advice is helpful
