How do I tell my sister to stop apologizing for everything

I have a twin sister and she’s actually not very nice to the people she knows but she’s a huge people pleaser to strangers. Once they like her and she reels them in she’s not so nice and innocent anymore lol One thing that gets really annoying is she’s constantly apologizing for everything when she meets a new person. Example: today we went to the bakery to order a cake and she said “Hi, I’m so sorry but can we order a cake? I’m so sorry” I don’t know why she’s like that with strangers. As we were leaving she said “thanks! And again I’m so sorry”

We also went to McDonald’s on the way home and before putting our order in she goes “hi I’m so sorry can I order..(she read her order)” and then I ask her if we can have sauce and she yells at me in the car and then tells them “I’m so sorry she’s so inconvenient”. I wasn’t rude to them or anything, I just asked if I could have barbecue. It gets so annoying. She literally says “I’m so sorry” before any sentence she says out in public to new people. She’s not abused or anything and she hasn’t always done this but she is a manipulative person so idk if that has anything to do with it
