Last baby?

Trigger warning: mention of miscarriage and premature 
How did you know your last baby was your last? 
I have 4 kids and pregnant with baby #5 only my youngest 2 live with me. And I’m not sure if this next baby is my last or not. My hubby wants a big family but i think I’ll be happy with just having the 3 in home. I’m not sure how to talk to him about it either. 
Little back story I’ve had 10 Mc and 4 live births. My first boy was 30 weeker and my youngest was a 34 weeker and emergency c-section . My most recent mc was just in September this year and found out I was pregnant in October. I’m not sure if my body can handle anymore pregnancy’s after this one. I know my hubby will understand but he will be a bit disappointed. And I know he’s happy with the ones we have now and is excited about the next one. But I’m just not sure how to tell him. Any advice?

Sit down and talk because if you're not ready, your body is not too with the history you mentioned, there is nothing wrong or right it's totally your health until you convey it to him he would not understand what's going in mentally or physically.

I had my son a year ago and I knew I was done when I struggled with my recovery after a c section. I had a 23 month old at home and I couldn’t pick her up. I couldn’t my husband take care of the house for 3 weeks. 4 day pp I had to go to the hospital because my bp spiked way to high. Come to find out it was because I was in so much pain. I didn’t know it. All I wanted to do was pick up a few things off the floor and get out of the house while my husband ran the errands in town. I would sit in the car with our son. My mental health took a huge toll at the beginning. My hospital doesn’t allow vbacs due to the policy. I don’t want another c section.
