Iam totally confused! Ever since I found out I was pregnant I have been getting positive and. Negative results (even when I was testing after period was due)

The first big positive was last Wednesday (first pic)

I then had a bleed for 5 days the next day. Hospital told me to re-test a week later. I done a test this morning and I have a faint line now. Does this mean a miscarriage? Is it just my levels going down? Or could I still be pregnant? My partner thinks we are still having this baby! He's in denial. I feel like we're clinging on to every bit of hope here.
