Did he rape me? What should I do about the video?

The guy I’m hooking up with said we could drink together and that he’d want me to stay the night and cuddle if I was too drunk to drive. So we did but I noticed he only took a couple sips but said he drank more earlier and was drunk but he seemed fine. I took 2-3 shots, which probably isn’t a lot, but I don’t drink ever, so I def felt tipsy. We started hooking up and he was being too much. I remember telling him to stop and that he was being too rough. Instead he just ignored me and held me down. I probably told him about 3 times to stop. Another thing is that he’s into recording but I’ve told him multiple times that I have confidence issues and get shy. He started to record even while I was clearly trying to get him to stop. He even asked me if I would pull on my body a certain way so he could get a better view. I literally pushed the phone out of his hand to get him to stop. Afterward, I remember he told me that he didn’t think I was drunk to the point of needing to stay so he had me leave. I asked him about it today and he said it was because I told him I was nervous. But I feel like he used it to lure me there and get me drunk, thinking he could do whatever he wanted. And him having the video makes me feel sick, like why?
