PMS is a pain

So PMs for me has been very frustrating, it begins about two weeks before i get my period and those entire two weeks i am fatigued and anxious. I havent found anything to really help with this other than working out. Recently i havent had the chance to do that, though. Any good suggestions for anxiety and fatigue caused by pms?
