After trying to convince and have our last baby , we finally did it . 2 miscarriages & a lot of heart ache and time to heal from it we found out that we are having a baby ! I was overwhelmed and overjoyed. I have HG so I take my pregnancies seriously. Went to planned parenthood for a sono to confirm everything was ok and on track . Just for this lady to have me in tears when she tells me I’m having twins . 🥹 I ugly cried so bad ! And I’m so excited. But as an over thinker I have a million questions and concerns. Because of my HG (hyperemesis) I can barely keep food or liquids down . My sono was from a week ago and the babies measure 6weeks on the dot then . They have heart beats and all . I can’t stop thinking about vanishing twins , & am I do enough to keep them healthy ? I try to eat n make myself keep it down at least 15 mins . Just any advice would be appreciated extremely
