I swear they misdiagnosed me with BV

My period ended around the 11th of November. I had unprotected sex that night. I started light cramping about three days later. Discharge was watery but NO type of smell! I took pregnancy tests on the 20th and it’s not that. Fast forward to November 28th I’m starting to have blood in my discharge, still NO type of smell. Things didn’t feel right so I called my doctor who is new to me. By the time I go in I’m wearing a pad for the amount of blood dripping. Cramps are like a 4-5 out of 10. November 30: She tests me for chlamidya and all the stds and says I’ll get results in three business days, then gives me the antibiotics and says I have BV. I’ve been taking the antibiotics for like three days and I’m scared that it I don’t actually have that that they are gonna give me another infection. I’m 20 and have never had BV, yeast infection, or even a UTI. I told my partner to get tested just because I was, I’ve never had this happen after unprotected sex with anyone else and this was our first time unprotected. Now December 3 and it’s at the point where I have marked a new period on my calendar even though it isn’t as heavy as my typical period. Thoughts??
