Advice please

TMI in Advance sorry!! I had my period on the 19th till the 23rd, earlier today when i wiped after peeing there was what looked like Old blood& pinkish and Clear discharge my boyfriend bought me this personal care pregnancy test ive never used it before this and now im confused about if these test are reliable and why the discharge is like that?
