It’s possible. I’d say you’re more likely to get pregnant using the pullout method itself than a random sperm making its way to your vagina and doing what sperm do. There’s always a chance of pregnancy when you’re having sex (unless you’re infertile in one way or another) but the odds of getting pregnant from the pullout method are relatively low if done correctly depending on the man’s body. Precum in and of itself does not contain sperm but there are circumstances that allow them to mix.

I’ve gotten pregnant from Precum and from no-Precum with just a teeny bit getting on my skin near the opening… which is insane to me…. So yes. Not all men have sperm in their Precum but many do and without specifically testing for that there’s no way to tell which.
