18 weeks cramping

Hi (:

I’m 18+1 and since yesterday I have been having some pain low down in my bump. It happens more when I get up, especially if I’m lying down or when I change position while i’m lay down. The cramps don’t happen on their own I have to move but they are uncomfortable. Is this because of the ligaments around my uterus?
