Baby excessive wind

My 4 month old suffers from reflux and we currently have it managed by changing milk to Aptamil Pepti and using infant gaviscon in her bottles. She has always been an extremely windy baby with us burping her after every ounce and after her bottle is constantly needing to bring up wind up to four hours after her last feed.

Recently she has started to refuse the bottle due to her being uncomfortable with wind while feeding so will only take 2-4oz - previously she was draining 6oz bottles and had just moved to 7.

At night it is taking us up to 2-3 hours to settle her after a feed as she is in constant discomfort and needs to be winded.

Does anyone have any advice for me? I am at my wits end here. I feel like all I do is wind the baby 24/7. It is taking a toll on both me and baba😢
