Problems with sleep
Has anyone else had this issue ☹️ I’m a single mom and I work overnight shift. I stay up after work bc if I fall asleep, I will miss my alarm and my daughter would be late for school. So i go to the gym after work and workout until about an hour before she goes to school (she is at home with my mom at this point, asleep) I thought staying up until it’s drop off time every morning and sleeping when she’s in school would help, it has. Until recently. Now I’m late for picking her up bc I miss all my alarms. I’m just so exhausted I don’t hear it until the school is calling me. Granted I’m only 10 mins late max, I get charged every time I’m late and as a single mom, I can’t really be stacking up late pick up fees 😢 I feel terrible and guilty every time I wake up late. I feel like once I get a grip of one thing (not making her late to school) I find another issue. (now late picking her up. ) I’m just so exhausted there’s not much more to say. I feel overwhelmingly guilty, like I’m a bad person. Why can’t I just wake up on time, I set tons of alarms and I still sleep right through it. I don’t know how to get a grip of my schedule so that I’m not struggling so much with sleep.
