I'm So Confused!!!

My period is pretty consistent. Usually comes on days 28-32. 2 weeks after it started I have been spotting since yesterday off and on and even had a little cramping yesterday. The spotting is light pink at times but then last night it was dark with very small clots it looks like. This can't be my period. I wish I used my Ovulation sticks this month but i got them too late. Anyone have any idea what this could be?
