I have a phone interview next week and I’m always nervous and somewhat shy when it comes to interviewing. My palms start sweating and I start to jumble on my words. 
Anyway, any tips on how to ace this phone interview??

Google common interview questions for that job, prep your responses and practice saying them out loud. Prep a few questions for your interviewer specific to the job so they know youve done your homework. During your interview, even if its a phone interview, sit up straight and smile because you can hear it in your voice. After the interview, send a brief email thanking them for their time and consideration, ending with a “i look forward to hearing from you soon.”

Just  finished my phone screen. The recruiter made me feel super comfortable and I didn’t jumble up on my words lol. I took lots of deep breaths & googled before the call. He’s sending my info to the recruiter and I should hear back in a few days. Next steps will be a virtual panel interview. Then there’s a in office interview and after that interview is the final decision. Wish me luck!!!!! 🍀

I just had one & same 🥲. It’s like I knew what she was saying but my brain kept going into fight or flight like I was being timed🙃to the point I was forgetting what she was asking… pray for me and you 😂😅
