Dark Under Eye Circles & Red Spots

hi girls! I was just wondering if anyone could give me some tips on dark circles! ( how to cover them, help them) I have quiet dark, dark circles and find them hard to cover with makeup, and I'm also very self conscious of them! I also have a red spot under my left eye, and I'm not quite sure what it is. I also feel this contributes to my dark circles appearing darking! In the photo, is the red spot that is under my left eye, but there is another forming on my right! I don't really know what to do or what they are! So any help would be great x
