12dpo spotting/cd1?

12dpo/cd1 I don’t even know 😭😭 was crampy yesterday and today. Negative pregnancy test this morning. This afternoon some spotting started. Still crampy. I was so optimistic about this being our month. I’m just so upset right now😥😥

This was cycle 7 of trying for baby #3. I am 32 and it never took this long to conceive with my other two (within two months of trying).

I have a dr appointment the first of the year to see what’s going on. Any one else deal with this? I guess just looking for solidarity at this point. Not convinced it’s implantation bleeding at this point 🤷🏻‍♀️
