Has anyone givin there 2year old this? Doctor says it’s fine but I’m scared of hurting him.

Personally I wouldn’t give it. The only thing I give to my kids when they have cough is “Zarbees cough and mucus” and warm milk with a teaspoon of honey before the bedtime

No these are not appropriate for a 2 year old. 
Give actual honey for the cough and Tylenol or ibuprofen for fever or aches and a humidifier.

I personally wouldn’t give this to a 2 year old. It sucks that there’s not much you can give a small child to ease cold symptoms, but most of these aren’t safe in children under 6 years old. I gave mine a spoonful of honey mixed with warm water and called it “honey tea” when my youngest was sick. We also used a humidifier at night, and kept an eye on her temp for any fever.

Any advise?
